• This is an all‑seated, open‑air stadium event where distance and views vary. All seats are reserved seating; please remain in your assigned seat throughout the performance.

• Seated sections are open to ages 6 and above. All minors under 16 must be accompanied by a ticket‑bearing legal guardian aged 18 or above. Babies and toddlers are strictly not allowed.

• Do not stand on chairs during the show. Any damages caused by inappropriate behavior will incur compensation fees.

• Views from some seats may also be obstructed by venue structures (such as handrails or pillars), or by stage and camera equipment depending on seat location. Ticket cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will not be available for obstructed views.

• For any concerns regarding ticket validity or seating, please approach our event ground staff or visit the Here To Help Counter no later than 30 minutes after the performance begins. You may also file an incident report at the Here To Help Counter. Kindly note that without a formal report within this timeframe, we will not be able to accommodate requests for refunds or compensation after the event has concluded.

• Please retrieve your e‑tickets from your GoLive account. There are no physical tickets for this event.

• It is strongly recommended to download a PDF copy of your e‑tickets with QR codes to your mobile phone before arriving. This ensures smooth entry scanning and avoids issues with weak internet connections in large crowds.

• Your e‑ticket can only be scanned once at entry. Negligence or mishandling of tickets is not the responsibility of the promoter or ticketing partner.

• Tickets may be deemed invalid if:

  • They have already been scanned previously.

  • The QR code is invalid.

  • Duplicates are detected.

• For any concerns regarding ticket validity, seating or to file an incident report, please approach our event ground staff or visit any Here To Help counters within 30 minutes of show start. Kindly note that without a formal report within this timeframe, we will not be able to accommodate requests for refunds or compensation after the event has concluded.

4. Medications must be in original, properly labeled packaging with a valid prescription. Loose pills or pill boxes without prescription are not permitted.

5. No video/audio recording equipment, photo/film/digital cameras, telephoto lenses, drones, GoPro cameras, detachable lenses, or external flash units. Only mobile phone cameras are permitted.

6. Only transparent or disposable raincoats are allowed. No heavy duty raincoats are allowed.

7. No binoculars.

8. No umbrella of any kind.

9. No bottles, glass, or metal container of any kind.

10. No laptops and tablets.

11. No illegal substances, drugs, dangerous items (according to on-site definition).

12. No flammable materials (pressurized cologne, perfume, pepper spray, kerosene, gasoline etc)

13. No weapons, sharp objects, lasers, laser pens/pointers, monopods, selfie sticks.

14. No chains of any kinds (including wallet chains), spiked jewelry, or spiked apparel.

15. No lighters, cigarettes, e‑cigarettes, candles, fireworks, or any kind of pyrotechnics.

16. No pets and plants.

17. No chairs of any kind.

18. No fruits and vegetables.

19. No large posters, flags, banners, LED signage, placards, balloons, whistles, or unauthorized cheer supplies. Any such items larger than A4 size will not be permitted.

20. No projectiles or missiles of any type.

21. No flash photography or videography.

22. No perfumes over 30ml and deodorants over 100ml.

23. Any objects deemed by the organiser to threaten safety, security, or the orderly conduct of the event are prohibited.

For safety reasons, all listed items are not allowed inside the venue. Please ensure these items are stored appropriately before arrival. Any items abandoned at the security screening area may be disposed of by staff without notice.

For safety reasons, a security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask you to arrive early. Metal detector wands will be used for security checks. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any person that does not comply with the security check requests. 

✘ Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

✘ For guests with medical conditions requiring medication, please ensure that you bring along your doctor’s prescription as verification. Kindly note that medications without a valid prescription will not be permitted inside the venue. In such cases, you may store them at our storage facility or choose to dispose of them. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

✘ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.

✘ Any food purchased outside the venue cannot be brought into the GA area, except for mineral water. Water bottle caps must be removed.

✘ Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.

✘ No live streaming of any kind is allowed. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

✘ Clothing containing derogatory language, inciting violence, or promoting sensitive or offensive content will not be permitted entry to the venue.

✘ Flags of any kind are strictly prohibited within the venue. Anyone found in possession of a flag will be immediately ejected without compensation.

✘ Waiting for the artist outside or inside the venue (including all-nighters) is strictly prohibited. Waiting inside or outside the venue or in public spaces nearby, chasing, or sitting on the streets nearby is not only dangerous to the artists and the public but may also cause accidents or trouble involving the general public. Parties involved must resolve any accidents or incidents caused by these actions. The artists, organiser, and venue will not be held responsible for any accident or incidents resulting from these acts. In case of malicious behaviour, the individuals involved may not be allowed to enter the performance venue and may be handed over to the police for prosecution.

Important Information:

• Temporary storage facilities are provided for items not permitted in the venue. A fee of RM15 applies. Neither party shall be held responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged items.

• Please keep your receipt safely; it is required for collection after the show, and long queues are expected.

Due to simultaneous events, surrounding roads are expected to experience heavy traffic, and vehicle entry into KL Sports City may be limited. To ensure public safety and smooth movement, we strongly recommend planning your trip ahead to avoid congestion, as enhanced ticket and security checks will be conducted at the venue. 

🚆 By Public Transport (LRT) 

• Take the LRT Sri Petaling Line to the Bukit Jalil Station. The stadium is 5-8min walk from the station.

• Ensure your Touch ’n Go card has sufficient balance before traveling.

• 1-Day / 3-Day Rapid Kembara Pass or KL Travel Pass are recommended for smoother travel.

• Single-journey tokens are available at station ticket vending machines. To avoid queues, using a Touch ’n Go card or travel pass is recommended.

• Use the PULSE app to check real‑time train updates and service information; visit myrapid.com.my for info.

• You can also do Park & Ride: park at other LRT stations and take the train to Bukit Jalil Station. The PULSE app shows available parking bays at selected stations.

• Public transport is strongly recommended to avoid traffic congestion and parking delays.

🚖 By E‑Hailing / Drop-off & Pickup Point 

• E‑hailing services are available and recommended to reduce traffic and parking demand. 

• Carpooling with friends or family is encouraged for a more convenient and eco‑friendly journey. 

• The recommended drop‑off and pick‑up point is Endah Parade; please follow the traffic marshals’ instructions. 

• Expect longer waiting times after the concert due to high demand; please plan accordingly. 

🚗 By Car / Parking

• Limited parking bays are available at Carpark B, D, E & F within KL Sports City.

• Expect heavy traffic and longer travel times on concert day.

• Alternative parking options are available at:
