• VIP Entitlement: Exclusive VIP merchandise will be given on the day of the event at the redemption counter. Please note that replacements for lost or damaged VIP items will not be provided

• Strictly NO overnight queuing is allowed. 

• Strictly NO photo/video during the meet and greet session.

• All timing is approximate and subject to change. Please make sure the package purchaser brings a valid photo ID. 

• All VIP Package ticket holders are required to present their valid e-ticket during check-in and redemption for verification purposes. 

• Please make sure you are fully checked in by 5:15 PM to enjoy all elements of your VIP experience. 

• Please note that no latecomers will be entertained. You must show up at the stipulated date and time to redeem your VIP privileges. Merchandise not picked up on-site during the above check in hours cannot be shipped after the event.

• A dedicated VIP Priority Lane will be available for VIP ticket holders at the Official Merchandise counter. Please present your ticket to verify VIP access for purchases at the VIP Priority Merchandise Lane.  

• Please retrieve your e tickets from your GoLive account/ email. It is recommended that you screenshot the E-tickets) with the QR code on your mobile phone/ device or print them on an A4-sized paper.

• Seats are all reserved seating. Please be seated in your assigned seat.

• No backpacks, no trunks or bags larger than A4 size paper are not allowed for entry.

• Other prohibited items please refer to the “Prohibited Items” list below. Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

• Seated sections are open to ages 6 years old and above, however, they must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing legal guardian aged 18 and above.

• Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.

Any ticket validity or seating-related disputes must be brought to the attention of the event ground staff, or to Customer Support no later than 30 minutes from the start of the performance or event. You may also file an incident report at Customer Support. If no formal report is made regarding your ticket or any other ticket-related disputes, no requests for refund or compensation will be entertained after the event.

• There are no physical tickets for this event.

• Your e-ticket can only be scanned 1 (one) time during entry. Negligence made by ticket buyers is not the responsibility of the promoter / ticket partner.

• Tickets may be deemed invalid if scanned previously / invalid QR code or if duplicates are detected.

1. No backpacks, no trunks or bags larger than A4 size paper are allowed for entry. Any bags/Trunks against security standards will not be allowed for entry. Only Official merch will be allowed for entry, and security check will be required.

2. No power banks that are above 10,000 mAh.

3. No professional video and audio recording equipment / professional photo cameras / Telephoto lens / Drones / tablets / GoPro Cameras. / Detachable lenses or external flash units

4. Due to past incidents, handheld electronic fans will not be permitted inside the venue. Neck fans are allowed as an alternative. 

5. Only transparent or disposable raincoats are allowed.

6. Umbrella of any kind.

7. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.

8. No Laptops and tablets

9. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).

10. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.

11. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.

12. No Chains of any kind (including wallet chains), spiked jewelry, or spiked apparel items

13. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.

14. No pets and plants.

15. No chairs of any kind.

16. No fruits and vegetables.

17. No Big posters / flags / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.

18. No projectiles / missiles of any type.

19. No flash photography / videography.

20. No perfumes over 30ml and deodorants over 100ml will be allowed.

21. No other objects that are considered to threaten the safety, health, security and orderliness of the event by the organiser will be prohibited.

You will be asked to return any prohibited items to your car or store at the available storage facilities. Or it can be disposed of at the doors.

For safety reasons, a security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask you to arrive early. Metal detector wands will be used for security checks. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any person that does not comply with the security check requests. 

✘ Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

✘ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.

✘ Any food purchased outside the venue cannot be brought into the GA area, except for water in Tetra Pak. Tetra Pak water caps must be removed.

✘ Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.

✘ No live streaming of any kind is allowed. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

✘ Clothing containing derogatory language, inciting violence, or promoting sensitive or offensive content will not be permitted entry to the venue.

✘ Flags of any kind are strictly prohibited within the venue. Anyone found in possession of a flag will be immediately ejected without compensation.

✘ Waiting for the artist outside or inside the venue (including all-nighters) is strictly prohibited. Waiting inside or outside the venue or in public spaces nearby, chasing, or sitting on the streets nearby is not only dangerous to the artists and the public but may also cause accidents or trouble involving the general public. Parties involved must resolve any accidents or incidents caused by these actions. The artists, organiser, and venue will not be held responsible for any accident or incidents resulting from these acts. In case of malicious behaviour, the individuals involved may not be allowed to enter the performance venue and may be handed over to the police for prosecution.

There are temporary storage facilities provided for items not permitted in the venue.

A fee of RM15 will apply for this service. Only cashless payment (Visa or Mastercard Debit/Credit) will be accepted. Neither party shall be held responsible for any stolen/lost/damaged items.

We strongly recommend that you plan your trip ahead to avoid traffic congestion as we are conducting enhanced checks of tickets and security at the venue.
