• No admission for children aged 3 years or below into the venue. Patrons aged 14 years and below must be accompanied by an adult, and both must hold valid full-price tickets for admission.

• Actual performance time is based on on-site situations.

• All areas are numbered seating. All seats are allocated by the system as the "Next Available Seat."

• Please note that each presale provides exclusive or priority access to ticket purchases, but seat assignments are not guaranteed to be better than those in the general on-sale.

• Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Ticket(s) bought are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable except for event cancellations, postponements, or special cases as determined by organiser.

• Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your booking confirmation and e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery

• Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia & exclude RM6 Booking Fee (exclude 8% SST).
