IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Strictly no admission for children aged 3 years or below into the venue. Those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult and require a full-priced ticket.

• Actual performance time is based on on-site situations. Show time on your tickets does not indicate door time; please ensure to visit Live Nation Malaysia official website and socials for door time and regulations.

• Please note that BookMyShow is the only officially authorized ticketing platform.

• All areas are numbered seating. All seats are allocated by the system as the "Next Available Seat." Please review your seat location, event, and performance date carefully before purchasing.

• Please note that each presale provides exclusive or priority access to ticket purchases, but seat assignments are not guaranteed to be better than those in the general on-sale.

• Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Ticket(s) bought are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable except for event cancellations, postponements, or special cases as determined by organiser.

• Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your booking confirmation and e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery

• Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia & exclude RM6 Booking Fee (exclude 8% SST).

• There will be a RM10 Operational Fee (exclude 8% SST) applicable per transaction.

• Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.

• The seating arrangement and stage setup may change without prior notice due to adjustments in performance design.

• This concert will be held on a 360-degree stage, with no designated front stage location, allowing viewing from anywhere in the entire venue. However, please understand that, due to the characteristics of the stage, even if your seat is not classified as a restricted view seat, your view may be partially obstructed by stage structures/equipment depending on the production situation and the artist's position.

• Views from some areas/seats may be obstructed due to structures of the venue (handrails, pillars, etc.) and the stage or camera equipment, depending on the location of your seat. Ticket cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will not be available for obstructed views.

• Reselling your tickets or purchasing from an unauthorised ticket seller or scalper is strictly prohibited. Tickets may not be bought and resold for advertising and/or promotional purposes. The Event Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to cancel such tickets without compensation and/or refuse entry to the event

• There will be a security check upon entry. Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, videography, and audio recording devices (including selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought in or used. Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden. The promoter has the right to deny entry if you violate regulations and can ask you to seek elsewhere to store items that aren’t allowed entry. Please arrive in advance for the security check to avoid late entry.
