Mastercard Presale commences on 12 March (Thursday) from 11am to 11:59pm. Each transaction is limited to 4 tickets only, except for SUITE, which allows up to 8 tickets per transaction.

These tickets are available exclusively to Mastercard cardholders and can only be purchased using a Mastercard and by paying through the Mastercard network.

Limited tickets available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Kindly ensure your credit card is:

a) Being activated for usage

b) Have sufficient credit limit

c) Daily limit is set above the price of the total tickets you intend to purchase

General Public Sale

General sale commences on 13 March (Friday) from 2pm onwards. Each transaction is limited to 8 tickets only.

Please key in your email address correctly during your purchase. Any request of changing email will not be entertained.

门票将于 3 月 13 日（星期五）下午 2 时开始发售。每笔交易限购 8 张门票。

请确保您的电子邮件地址有效，以便接收确认电子邮件和电子门票。任何更改电子邮件的请求將不予受理。

Terms & Conditions:

1. Strictly no admission for children aged 3 years or below into venue. Those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult and require a full-priced ticket. 

2. All areas are numbered seating. All seats are allocated by the system as the "Next Available Seat." Please review your seat location, event, and performance date carefully before purchasing.

3. Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Ticket(s) bought are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable except for event cancellations, postponements, or special cases as determined by organiser.

4. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your booking confirmation and e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.

5. Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia & exclude RM4 Booking Fee (exclude 8% SST).

6. There will be a RM10 Operational Fee (exclude 8% SST) applicable per transaction.

7. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.

8. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or significant changes to the venue or content, we will attempt to notify purchasers using the provided contact details. However, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm the Event’s status. The Organiser or event management is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to event changes.

9. All other ticket bookings and event terms and conditions remain applicable at all times. The organiser reserves the right to make alterations or changes without prior notice.
