• After checking-in and redeeming your wristband, VIP Gold purchasers will be allowed entry to the waiting area at Level LG1 from 12PM for the Photo Opportunity. Entry will be on a first come, first served basis.

• VIP Silver ticketholders are required to download their e-tickets from their Golive account in order to obtain their queue number. This can be done by logging in via the Golive website or mobile application.

• If you miss your designated batch check-in time, you will be required to join the next available batch. VIP Silver Box ticket holders are kindly requested to proceed to LG1 (Box Entrance) at 2:00 PM.

Step 1: Log In
Go to www.golive-asia.com or open the GoLive Ticketing App, and log in using the email address you used to purchase the tickets.

Step 2: Access Your Events
Once logged in, navigate to the "My Events" section.

Step 3: View Your E-Ticket
Select your event and tap on your e-ticket.
Your updated queue number will be shown under the seat number section.

• Kindly visit our website or Instagram page to view the list of winners.

• Please note that Soundcheck winners are require to check in and redeem their wristbands from 2PM at Level G - Info Counter before proceeding to the queue location. 

• 

• ⁠CAT 1 (GA) admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis. 

• Please note that no latecomers will be entertained. You must arrive at the stipulated time to redeem your Soundcheck Experience wristbands. Wristbands not picked up on-site during the above operations hours will not be entitled to the Soundcheck Experience benefit.

• After the show ends, VIPs are required to remain in the hall/box for the send off session. On-site staff will guide the VIPs to the designated queue area for send-off.

• Strictly NO overnight queuing is allowed.

• Official queuing for Cat 1 (Standing) will only start at 12pm. Any queue that begins earlier than 12pm will not be entertained. Please note that entry will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly note that self assigned queue numbers will not be honoured.

• There is no outside food and water into the standing zone, except for mineral water. Bottle caps must be removed.

• No backpacks, no trunks or bags larger than A4 size paper are not allowed for entry.

• Other prohibited items please refer to the “Prohibited Items” list below. Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

• This section is open to ages 16 years old and above.

• For safety measures, pregnant women and minors below 16 years old are prohibited to enter the standing zone.

• Seats are all reserved seating. Please be seated in your assigned seat.

• No backpacks, no trunks or bags larger than A4 size paper are not allowed for entry.

• Other prohibited items please refer to the “Prohibited Items” list below. Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

• Seated sections are open to ages 16 years old and above.

• Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors

• Box tickets can admit up to 8 attendees.

• Box is open to ages 16 years old and above.

• No backpacks, no trunks or bags larger than A4 size paper are not allowed for entry.

• Other prohibited items please refer to the “Prohibited Items” list below. Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

Any ticket validity or seating-related disputes must be brought to the attention of the event ground staff, or to Customer Support no later than 30 minutes from the start of the performance or event. You may also file an incident report at Customer Support. If no formal report is made regarding your ticket or any other ticket-related disputes, no requests for refund or compensation will be entertained after the event.

*You will not be able to collect your tickets if we are unable to verify your identity.

*For guests collecting their tickets from 11AM, kindly proceed to the counter located on Level G. For collections after 2PM, please make your way to the counter on Level B2.

• Screenshot / download the E-tickets) with the QR code on your mobile phone for smooth scanning entry.

• There are no physical tickets for this event.

• Your e-ticket can only be scanned 1 (one) time during entry. Negligence made by ticket buyers is not the responsibility of the promoter / ticket partner.

• Tickets may be deemed invalid if scanned previously / invalid QR code or if duplicates are detected.

• Any ticket validity or seating-related disputes must be brought to the attention of the event ground staff, or to Customer Support no later than 30 minutes from the start of the performance or event. * Kindly note that VIP Gold ticket holders will be given priority access for merchandise purchases. VIP Gold purchasers will receive an order form from the onsite staff while queuing for the Photo Op 1:1. 

* Depending on the on-site situation, operation time and purchase limit are subjected to change without prior notice.

* The quantities of merchandise are limited. Sales will end once the stocks are sold.

* Please check the product when purchasing. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.⁠⁠

* No bags will be provided for eco-friendly purposes. Please bring your own bag.

5. Only transparent or disposable raincoats are allowed.

6. Umbrella of any kind.

7. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.

8. No Laptops and tablets

9. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).

10. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.

11. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.

12. No Chains of any kind (including wallet chains), spiked jewelry, or spiked apparel items

13. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.

14. No pets and plants.

15. No chairs of any kind.

16. No fruits and vegetables.

17. No Big posters / flags / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.

18. No projectiles / missiles of any type.

19. No flash photography / videography.

20. No perfumes over 30ml and deodorants over 100ml will be allowed.

21. No other objects that are considered to threaten the safety, health, security and orderliness of the event by the organiser will be prohibited.

You will be asked to return any prohibited items to your car or store at the available storage facilities. Or it can be disposed of at the doors.

For safety reasons, a security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask you to arrive early. Metal detector wands will be used for security checks. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any person that does not comply with the security check requests.

✘ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.

✘ Any food purchased outside the venue cannot be brought into the GA area, except for water in Tetra Pak. Tetra Pak water caps must be removed.

✘ Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.

✘ No live streaming of any kind is allowed. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

✘ Clothing containing derogatory language, inciting violence, or promoting sensitive or offensive content will not be permitted entry to the venue.

✘ Flags of any kind are strictly prohibited within the venue. Anyone found in possession of a flag will be immediately ejected without compensation.

✘ Waiting for the artist outside or inside the venue (including all-nighters) is strictly prohibited. Waiting inside or outside the venue or in public spaces nearby, chasing, or sitting on the streets nearby is not only dangerous to the artists and the public but may also cause accidents or trouble involving the general public. Parties involved must resolve any accidents or incidents caused by these actions. The artists, organiser, and venue will not be held responsible for any accident or incidents resulting from these acts. In case of malicious behaviour, the individuals involved may not be allowed to enter the performance venue and may be handed over to the police for prosecution.

You can purchase the locker token at the token exchange machine. RM10/20 per token. Only cash will be accepted.

We strongly recommend that you plan your trip ahead to avoid traffic congestion as we are conducting enhanced checks of tickets and security at the venue.
