NCT DREAM 2025 KUALA LUMPUR EVENT GUIDE

• Strictly NO overnight queuing is allowed. 

• Admission to the DREAM VIP Standing Zone will be managed according to the queue number printed on your ticket. Please follow the on-site staff’s guidance when lining up. Ticket holders arriving after entry time will be admitted after all numbered queues have entered. 

• To ensure an enjoyable experience for all ticket holders, kindly keep fan banners and mobile devices at eye level.

• All timing is approximate and subject to change. Please make sure the package purchaser brings a valid photo ID. 

• All VIP Package ticket holders are required to present their valid e-ticket during check-in and redemption for verification purposes. 

• For the VIP Package, please make sure you are fully checked in by 1:30 PM to enjoy all elements of your VIP experience. 

• Please note that no latecomers will be entertained. You must show up at the stipulated date and time to redeem your VIP privileges. Merchandise not picked up on-site cannot be shipped after the event.

• Please retrieve your e-tickets from your GoLive account. It is recommended that you screenshot the E-tickets) with the QR code on your mobile phone/ device or print them on an A4-sized paper. 

• Schedule and timing are subject to change due to on-site situations. Please refer to Live Nation MY for the latest news updates.

• There is no outside food and water into the standing zone, except for mineral water. Bottle caps must be removed.

• Other prohibited items please refer to the “Prohibited Items” list below. Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

• Standing Zone is restricted to individuals aged 14+ and/or with a minimum height of 150 cm. All minors under 16 must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing legal guardian aged 18 or above.

• Pregnant women and patrons with medical conditions will not be permitted entry to this section/zone.

• Babies and toddlers are strictly not allowed.

Step 1: Log In
Go to www.golive-asia.com or open the GoLive Ticketing App, and log in using the email address you used to purchase the tickets.

Step 2: Access Your Events
Once logged in, navigate to the "My Tickets" section.

Step 3: View Your E-Ticket
Select your event and tap on your e-ticket.
Your queue number will be shown under the seat number section.

• Seats are all reserved seating. Please be seated in your assigned seat.

• No backpacks, no trunks or bags larger than A4 size paper are not allowed for entry.

• Other prohibited items please refer to the “Prohibited Items” list below. Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

• Seated sections are open to ages 6 years old and above, however, they must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing legal guardian aged 18 and above.

• Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.

• Babies and toddlers are strictly not allowed.

For any concerns regarding ticket validity or seating, please approach our event ground staff or visit the Box Office no later than 30 minutes after the performance or event begins. You may also file an incident report at the Box Office or Ticketing Counter. Kindly note that in the absence of a formal report within this timeframe, we will not be able to accommodate any requests for refunds or compensation after the event has concluded.

* You will not be able to collect your tickets if we are unable to verify your identity.

• There are no physical tickets for this event.

• Your e-ticket can only be scanned 1 (one) time during entry. Negligence made by ticket buyers is not the responsibility of the promoter / ticket partner.

• Tickets may be deemed invalid if scanned previously / invalid QR code or if duplicates are detected.

* The quantities of merchandise are limited. Sales will end once the stocks are sold.

* Please check the product when purchasing. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.⁠⁠

1. No backpacks, no trunks or bags larger than A4 size paper are allowed for entry. Any bags/Trunks against security standards will not be allowed for entry. Only Official merch will be allowed for entry, and security check will be required.

2. No power banks that are above 10,000 mAh.

3. No video and audio recording equipment / photo cameras / film cameras/ digital cameras/ Telephoto lens / Drones / tablets / GoPro Cameras. / Detachable lenses or external flash units. Only Mobile Phone cameras are permitted. 

4. Due to past incidents, handheld electronic fans will not be permitted inside the venue. Neck fans are allowed as an alternative. 

5. No Binoculars.

6. Only transparent or disposable raincoats are allowed.

7. Umbrella of any kind.

8. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.

9. No Laptops and tablets

10. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).

11. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.

12. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.

13. No Chains of any kind (including wallet chains), spiked jewelry, or spiked apparel items

14. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.

15. No pets and plants.

16. No chairs of any kind.

17. No fruits and vegetables.

18. No Big posters / flags / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.

19. No projectiles / missiles of any type.

20. No flash photography / videography.

21. No perfumes over 30ml and deodorants over 100ml will be allowed.

22. No other objects that are considered to threaten the safety, health, security and orderliness of the event by the organiser will be prohibited.

You will be asked to return any prohibited items to your car or store at the available storage facilities. Or it can be disposed of at the doors.

For safety reasons, a security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask you to arrive early. Metal detector wands will be used for security checks. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any person that does not comply with the security check requests.

✘ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.

✘ Any food purchased outside the venue cannot be brought into the GA area, except for water in Tetra Pak. Tetra Pak water caps must be removed.

✘ Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.

✘ No live streaming of any kind is allowed. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

✘ Clothing containing derogatory language, inciting violence, or promoting sensitive or offensive content will not be permitted entry to the venue.

✘ Flags of any kind are strictly prohibited within the venue. Anyone found in possession of a flag will be immediately ejected without compensation.

✘ Waiting for the artist outside or inside the venue (including all-nighters) is strictly prohibited. Waiting inside or outside the venue or in public spaces nearby, chasing, or sitting on the streets nearby is not only dangerous to the artists and the public but may also cause accidents or trouble involving the general public. Parties involved must resolve any accidents or incidents caused by these actions. The artists, organiser, and venue will not be held responsible for any accident or incidents resulting from these acts. In case of malicious behaviour, the individuals involved may not be allowed to enter the performance venue and may be handed over to the police for prosecution.

There are temporary storage facilities provided for items not permitted in the venue.

A fee of RM15 will apply for this service. Only cashless payment (Visa or Mastercard Debit/Credit) will be accepted. Neither party shall be held responsible for any stolen/lost/damaged items.

Due to the recent weather conditions, patrons are advised against arriving before 10am and waiting at the entry gates. 
Patrons are also encouraged to bring their own raincoats and stay hydrated throughout the day.

We strongly recommend that you plan your trip ahead to avoid traffic congestion as we are conducting enhanced checks of tickets and security at the venue.

Traffic & Car Park Space

• Limited parking bays are available at Carpark A, B, D & E as there may be other events taking place on the same day.

• Please expect unusual traffic and longer travel times on the concert day.

• For a smooth journey, we kindly encourage patrons to plan ahead and consider utilising public transportation to the venue.

LRT Sri Petaling Line

• Please take Sri Petaling Line to Bukit Jalil LRT station. Axiata Arena is a 5-minute walk from the LRT Station.

• Please ensure you have a sufficient balance in your Touch 'n Go card.

Please be informed that a football match will take place on Sunday, 14 December at the National Stadium Bukit Jalil. Due to the simultaneous events, the surrounding roads are expected to experience heavy traffic, and vehicle entry into KL Sports City may be limited.

To ensure public safety and smooth movement during 2025 NCT DREAM TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 4 : DREAM THE FUTURE> in KUALA LUMPUR at Axiata Arena, we strongly encourage all patrons to plan your journey in advance and use public transportation.

Please take the Sri Petaling Line to Bukit Jalil LRT Station. Axiata Arena is a 5-minute walk from the station. Kindly ensure that your Touch ’n Go card has sufficient balance before traveling.
